Registration Fee

We provide lunches and suppers during the meeting, and a formal conference dinner.

• Early Bird Registration (until August 1):
  • 600 USD (International) or 4200 CNY (Domestic)
• Regular Registration (until October 1):
  • 700 USD (International) or 4800 CNY (Domestic)
  • 400 USD (International) or 2700 CNY (Domestic) for students

The regular registration fee includes the following:

• Basic IAU registration: $400 USD
• Cost of Proceedings: $20 USD
• Meal package (coffee breaks, lunches, conference banquet): $280 USD (reduced to $180 USD for early bird registration)

Please note that the meal package included in the registration fee is an integral part of the conference. It provides valuable opportunities for informal scientific discussions and networking during the lunch breaks and the conference banquet, while also helping us subsidize meal costs for student participants.
